Hi, I’m Sage
I help fellow women in STEM take control of their finances and build wealth.
I fell in love with personal finance during my first engineering job. As a brand new college graduate, I started getting those engineering paychecks and had never seen that much money in my life… and then I realized I had no idea what to do with it.
Initially, I was overwhelmed by the newfound financial freedom and splurged on a new car, tech upgrades, and a larger home. But I quickly realized that my constant spending wasn’t fulfilling, and I found myself scrambling to pay bills without a plan in place. Despite being a process engineer, I had no system for managing my finances and soon began diving into financial education to figure things out.
Through this journey, I discovered that most of the advice available was geared toward men with different life goals, like climbing the corporate ladder and working long hours. I wanted a flexible career, a family, and the freedom to take career breaks. So, I developed a system to automate my finances—managing savings, investments, and bills each month while still allowing room for fun, travel, and personal goals. This journey led me to a career in financial planning, and I founded Wealthy With Intention to help other women make intentional money decisions.
Outside of my work in finance, you can find me spending time with my family and exploring the outdoors in New England.
